What time do you normally get up to go to school?
I normally get up at 6:00am to 6:30am and leave to go to school at around 8:00am.
What do you normally have for breakfast, recess, lunch, tea (dinner, supper)?
For breakfast I have toast with a cup of tea, for snack I have a packet of chips, for lunch I have a sandwich with meat or if not I have a lunch order and with that I have a hot dog and a choc milk, finally for tea we have really my dad makes anything but mainly we have veggies with meat.
How do you get to school?
Mainly we drive but sometimes we walk.
How long does it take to get to or from school?
When we drive it takes us less than a minute but when we walk it takes about 5 to 10 minuets.

We have anything that a normal school has like Writing, Maths, Reading, P.E, Art and Library but I think the only things different is things like Global Ed and Auslan which is what deaf people do to communicate.

Technology in your school
We have laptops, net books and IPads so we can do things like when we go on the blog or searching something on google.

What do you do at break times?
What I do in break times is really how I feel like but the things I do is play basketball or gang up tiggy.
School bell has gone for end of day – what happens now?
We get our bags say good afternoon to the teachers and leave.
Do you have to wear uniform?
Yes and the reason why is because if we go on excursions it’s so we don’t get lost.
How many days per year are you at school? How is this arranged – terms etc?
Well in every term we have atleast 10 weeks per term but the second term has the most weeks but I’m not sure how many week there are in term two.
What do you enjoy most about school?
Well in my opinion there’s nothing to not like about school maybe except for tests.
If you could improve your school, what would you do?
If I could Improve one thing at school if for the tasks to be a bit more interactive just some. The reason behind this is because some kids are not listening and then there’s really no point in them being there because there not even learning by not listening, but if it’s interactive they will concentrate and have more education.
Mrs Joyce as I was reading my comment I saw some things that I haven’t answered, the only reason why was because I didn’t really understand it so I wanted to know if you or someone could tell me what it means
1.What time do you normally get up to go to school? I go at 8:25am or 8:15am
2.What do you normally have for breakfast, recess, lunch, tea (dinner, supper)? Breakfast: Toast with backing on it. Recess: I have fruit and packets of chips. Tea: Shepherds pie and Curry sausage and they are my supper foods ever.
3.How do you get to school? If it was not raining I will be riding my scooter and if is rain I get a lift to school.
4.How long does it take to get to or from school? It only takes me 2 minutes because I only live around the corner.

6.Subjects you have to do – remember to explain abbreviations like LOTE and ELA? I don’t understand this one because I’m not shore and I have no clue at all.
7.Specialist subjects or electives, options? I like to do is mostly at school because it makes me exercise like the run, PE, ICT and it all help me learn more things from Ben.
8.Technology in your school? We have computers, white breads, printer and we have things what we do. They are maths, writing and reading are the fantastic things ever.
9.A typical schoolday with timetable and breaks? We wait for the bell to go in the morning, we wait to do the run about 8:45, we wait until Mr Anton to come and pic us up, we wait until recess comes and we go out for play, we have to do work until lunch comes and we have work after lunch and we wait until the home bell to go and then people go home.
10.What do you do at break times? Games, activities etc. Sometimes I just sit there on my own watching people play football.
11.School bell has gone for end of day – what happens now? People starters to go home and watch TV or go to there friends house or do your house work.
12.Do you have to wear uniform? Yes because its our school colours and if we be in wearing out of uniform we will get told off to take it of.
13.How many days per year are you at school? How is this arranged – terms etc? I have no clue I tried but I will get stuck on that one.
14.What do you enjoy most about school? I mostly enjoy all of it because I keep on learning now things.
15.If you could improve your school, what would you do? We could paint the school and write a sign for people how dose giraffe on our fantastic school.
I get up at 7:00 for school
1. What time do you normally get up to go to school?
I normally get up for school at 5:00 am because class starts at 6:30am.
2. What do you normally have for breakfast, recess, lunch, tea (dinner, supper)?
I have my tea with bread for my breakfast, I have some drinks and some biscuits for my recess, I have rice with stew and chicken or fish during lunch and have pizza at dinner or sometimes take in potato chips.
3. How do you get to school?
The distance from my house to the school isn’t far. It is just a walking distance so I walk or sometimes take my bicycle.

In my school we have a timetable for the lunch periods, so each day has it own type of food made or prepared.

In my school, we are supposed to study 9 subjects these are Mathematics, Basic Design and Technology(B.D.T), Information Communication and Technology(I.C.T), Integrated Science, French language, English language, Ghanaian language(Asanti twi), Religious and Moral Education(R.M.E) and Social Studies.

The subjects that Im very good in are Mathematics and Information Communication and Technology(I.C.T)

We have only desktop computers and some few laptops
8. A typical schoolday with timetable and breaks
Well we start our first class at 6:30 am and end at 8:15 am the second class starts at 8:30 and ends at 10:00 am, we then go for break time and come at 10:30 am, the third class starts at 10:30 am and end at 11:30 am, then also the fourth class continues till 12:30 pm. We go for lunch at 12:30 pm and return to class at 1:00 pm. we then have our fifth class beginning at 1:00 pm and ends at 2:00 pm, the sixth class continues and ends at 3:00, from 3:00 to 3:30 we go for some short break then come in at 3:30 pm we have our last class from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
We then break into groups then study by ourselves untill 5:30 pm then we all go home.
9. What do you do at break times? Games, activities etc
I either play football or ping-pong with my friends or go to the computer lab to play some games on the computer.
10. School bell has gone for end of day – what happens now?
Students then go home after the bell is rung for closing time.
11. Do you have to wear uniform?
yes in our school it is compulsory for us to wear school uniforms from Monday to Friday.
12. How many days per year are you at school? How is this arranged – terms etc?
well I’ve not calculated but we usually spend either 15 or 16 weeks in school before the semester goes to an end.
13. What do you enjoy most about school?
I enjoy being with my friends in school and also learning the subjects Mathematics and Information Communication and Technology(I.C.T)
14. If you could improve your school, what would you do?
I will like to improve on our computer and science lab.

Well i only take a few minutes to get to school.

I usually have fruit drinks, oats, tea with omelet for breakfast, some apples and some fruits for recess and sometimes any soft drink with some pizza for recess and something light for lunch, I take in something like rice with chicken stew, and for supper I take in some hamburgers

The distance from my house to the school is not very far so I walk to school

For like about 10 minutes because of where I stay

9. A typical school day with timetable and breaks
School starts at 6;00 and the first lesson starts from6;30 and ends at 7;30 and the second lesson is from7;30 to 8;30 and he third lesson is from 8;30 to10;00 and then at 10 we go out for break and return back to class at10;30and the fourth lesson is from10;30 to 11;30 and the interval between the rest of the lessons are an hour difference and we usually close at 4;00 and after we have group studies till 5;30 then we go home

Games like soccer, table tennis and a Ghanaian game called ampe

Students return to their various homes
12. Do you have to wear uniform?
Yes and it is compulsory

60 or 70 days
14. What do you enjoy most about school?
The teachings and the association of students
15. If you could improve your school, what would you do?
I would love to improve on our science lab and our computer lab
