My gosh………Sorry Mrs Joyce, I cried. I couldnt help it. The love they shared on that feild is heartwarming. The inspiration the athlete had in himself and the willing to keep going with pain was built in confidence. I dont know how he did it through that pain. The T.V crews and reporters were up close to him and trying to get the story of whats happening. Its unbelieveable. He had courage to finish the race. No matter thick or thin, you can accomplish anything. He was so eagar to finish the race because he wanted to claim his dream and ran with dignity. He didnt give up at all. He has inspired me to try my hardest. Now, I WILL TRY HARD TOMMOROW AT SPORTS DAY.
P.S: Sports day is a day at our school (LIDDIARD RD PRIMARY SCHOOL) where we go to our school oval and set up obsticles and equipment for students (LIKE ME) to play activities with. We have to go in our house colours : THOMPSON, MACALISTER (best team ever 🙂 ), AVON, and LATROBE. We have to attend for fitness and we also have a relay that I am attending. You can ask me what a relay is if you do not know! Anytime……anytime….
I am so glad you shared your thoughts with us. You are making a huge impact to my classroom, my students whose highlight everyday is reading messages from the magnificent students of Taiwan.
Hi Mrs Joyce,
I have been in a situwation like this too! It was when I was at the athletics and I was doing the 80 meter Hurdles! I was in the lead and when I got to the last hurdle I triped over it and hurt my foot! but I still got up and finished the race! 🙂 I didn’t care that I didn’t win! I cared about having fun!
when I was doing my homework I found it hard and my Dad helped me.

我好感動!雖然他腳受傷了,但她仍然不放棄,繼續把他跑完!
I was so touched! Although his foot was hurt, but she still does not give up, continue to finish him!
