To the Students of Stanmore Bay Primary and your teacher Miss Bennett,
Kanga and Koala have taken off on their plane ride to New Zealand. Please look after them for us. The post office said they will arrive at your school by next Friday. Imagine if they surprised you and arrived early!
They are ready for a big adventure and to learn all about your school and the cultures of your country. Here are some pictures of them departing, if they get lost the photos will give you an idea of what they look like.

Kristen how exciting. I sent our little friends today in the mail and Stanmore Bay has sent us a Kiwi. Can’t wait for it to arrive, we’ll be able to take it on camp with us.

Kanga and Koala arrived yesterday, that was 2 days early! We’re having lots of fun with the small koalas as well. This morning we took Kanga and Koala down to fitness for a run. They are having a good time.
